A verifiable consumer request concerning your personal information can only be made by you or an individual registered with the California Secretary of State, who you authorize to act on your behalf. Additionally, you can submit a verifiable consumer request for your minor child.
A verifiable consumer request for access or data portability can only be made twice within a 12-month period. Each verifiable consumer request must:

The disclosures we offer will only pertain to the 12-month period right before we receive your verifiable consumer request. Our response will also clarify the reasons we are unable to comply with a request, if necessary. For data portability requests, we will choose a format that enables you to easily use and transfer your personal information between entities without any obstacles.
We do not impose a fee for processing or responding to your verifiable consumer request unless the request is excessive, repetitive, or clearly baseless. Should we decide that the request merits a fee, we will explain the rationale for that decision and provide you with a cost estimate prior to fulfilling your request.

Your personal information will not be sold to any third party. If there is a future possibility of selling your personal information, we will inform you of your opt-out and opt-in rights as stipulated by the CCPA.
Non-Discrimination
