Who do we share your information with?
Application Partners and Third Party Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party partners specifically associated with our Application and/or Fan Page. We may also engage external companies or third parties to assist in managing, creating, or maintaining our Application and/or Fan Page. These entities are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality regarding your information and will have access only to the data necessary to perform their duties.
Other Users: If you have granted us permission, and if one of our Application’s and/or Fan Page’s functionalities includes interaction with others, we will have the capability to share certain information with other users. However, we only do this if you consent, and in compliance with Facebook’s policies. Additionally, we may analyze your interactions with other users and aggregate this data in an anonymized format to better understand your usage of our Application and/or Page.
Legal Uses: Your information may be disclosed if compelled by a subpoena, legal process, compliance with regulations, or at the request of a law enforcement agency. We may also reveal your information if we reasonably believe it is essential to prevent harm, injury, or loss to ourselves or any third party.
Business Acquisitionor Merger: In the event that we are sold or acquired, your information may be transferred. Should this occur, you may reach out to us if you have any concerns regarding the transfer of your data.
Controlling your Data
At any time, you can request the deletion of any data pertaining to you. However, unless such a request is made, we may keep your data until you instruct us to delete it, even if the Application and/or Page is discontinued. Additionally, you can prevent us from collecting your information by uninstalling our App, removing yourself from our Page, or deleting your account. We may also offer you the option to review, correct, or eliminate your information.
Other Disclosures and Assurances
We DO NOT sell, transfer, or share details about your Facebook usage with third parties unless permitted by this Agreement.
To safeguard your data, we employ reasonable protections. As our servers may be located in various jurisdictions, you are consenting to the transfer of your information from your residence to our servers.
Our Application or Fan Page is not available to users under the age of 13, and we will remove any accounts that we suspect belong to underage individuals.
This Privacy Policy may be revised when necessary. In such cases, we will post a notice here outlining the changes and the date when this Policy was last updated.
